The Snow Eagle saga continues as the Sanfords leave their home in Colorado to escape the unexplainable vicous weather holding their small town in its icy grip. Charlize, Dakota and Kishka race off to spend a week with their aunt in the Caribbean Islands. Trouble seems to follow them, and they find themselves caught in the middle of a mystery that they alone are told by a mysterious old man to solve. Not until they become involved do they realize the mystery must be solved in a specific time frame or they will all die. Soon they are horrified to realize the mystery is not only connected with the local voodoo tribe, but also to the Kayawati wilderness back home. When one of them vanishes, the other two must not only solve the mystery, but also find and rescue the one that has disappeared. Their quest takes them to the rugged Eagle Mountain of the Kayawati, where greed, power, death and evil threaten to destroy them all.
