内容简介：
Kathy, a young girl born to a mentally ill mother who didn't feel that she could provide her with the life she deserved, was given up to her father. Brenda, the mother, disappeared out of sight. Twelve years later, she returned into Kathy's life, turning Kathy's happy childhood into a nightmare. Kathy's stepmother no longer appreciated her, for fear of rejection.
