Through the decades, pollution had become an unmanageable problem. The diamond-crusted building complexes man had developed were no longer capable of protecting mankind and a new solution was sought. That solution became known as Project: Noah's Ark. As Martin becomes a teenager, he is faced with a decision. Should he and his family join one of the space stations leaving Earth's orbit to look for a new world? Or should he stay with his friends? For one last fling, the group decides to find the lost lunar base. Looking for the lost base, they provoke fears leading to sabotage of their little spacecraft. As a result, the craft tumbles down to the very world of their fascination...and dread. Forced to try to survive on this wild and newly reborn world, the teenagers form strong bonds as they try to survive and find a way to return home.
