Metaphysics means wisdom beyond the physical plane. Astral and etheric planes exist. "STARTLING FLASHBACKS" in Part II, is a startling account about Celeste Waters, who had flashbacks about six, past embodiments. Celeste learned to evaluate, understand and forgive traumatic memories about sudden death, suffering, dangers and grief caused from losing loved ones. Celeste realized that reincarnation does exist.
