A complete derivation of the form of the Standard Model of Elementary Particles in which parity violation, the form of the ElectroWeak sector, color SU(3), the generations of fermions, and the form of the fermion mass spectrum and generation mixing are derived. A new form of fermion mass and mixing angle generation is described that is an alternative to the Higgs Mechanism.
