even after a decade living in the states, i still seldomly pay any attention to baseball. therefore, for this book i treated it the same way as with all other michael lewis books - it is a book about how emotion and innate tendency to jump to decisions bring inefficiencies into a game that sopposedly is based on numbers and objectivity - be it baseball or stock. and as always, the winners are the ones who have the sanity to go agaist the crowd.
