i had just read the book,in my opinion,it's a book concern with interaction design methodology as well as new direction of interation design.The author holds that interation is a kind of art rather than technic.As an sophisticated interaction designer & website manager,Saffer gives many pratical and useful guideline from view of interaction designers rather than that of engineering.
