要不到你想要的,还要不要做你想做的?

在新精英课堂见过神马(我们都这样称他^_^),我把个人职业规划跟他简单聊过。 这貌似跟书评无关,算套个近乎吗?
试读章节中我感触比较深的几个片段:
1、办公室政治有木有?
原文:如果你从事的工作是这个企业产生价值必不可少的环节,那这样的工作和环境,办公室政治必然不多;但反之,你从事的工作最多锦上添花,甚至可有可无,那必然会有不少的斗争和诡诈。
非常赞同老马的这段话。真正处于公司创造价值的前沿岗位的童鞋(如项目实施、销售)是没什么时间玩办公室政治的,也没必要玩。因为他们的工作业绩就是他最直接的收入回报。不需要通过其他渠道去博弈个人利益。而比较闲的岗位,反而更多争斗和八卦,因为其工作不直接为公司产生价值。这类岗位的人少忍 ^_^
2、生命意义的另一种解读
原文:每个人都想在自己的人生中寻找一种模式、赋予其意义,并用其来控制自己的生活。
我理解这种模式,既是生活习惯、兴趣爱好,更是逐渐形成的价值观和思维、行为模式。我们这样去看世界、理解社会和与之相处。
当今社会给我们了这份选择生活方式的自由和包容,让我们可以按自己的想法生活,多好!
3、生命是经历,还是急着奔向终点?
原文:成功、幸福从来就是自我行动和随机世界结合的产物。此话听上去如此悲观,但其背后却是真实的乐观和从容。因为你可以反过来想:尽管你不能要你想要的,但你一定能做你想做的。
成功也好,不怎么成功也罢,幸福亦然。境由心造,你怎么认识和理解世界的,你看见的就是你认为的模样。
做自己该做的、想做的,经历和体味过程。尽人事听天命即可,人的终点都一样,何必这么着急奔向终点呢?
关于本书,可作为职业规划的轻松读物,定有收获。 但要我推荐,面临求职的大学生朋友和初入职场人士。我建议还是先读读 理查德·尼尔森·鲍利斯《你的降落伞是什么颜色》、雷恩·吉尔森《选对池塘钓大鱼》。
