这是一本实用类的书籍,读者所要的无非也就是一些方法和理念。但作者太啰嗦,没太多帮助的延伸实际上是败笔。要么细致有序地论述断舍离对生活的裨益,要么干脆别写。真正可以采纳用于实际操作的东西也就几页纸而已。我将其归纳如下:
一、什么是“断舍离”?
* 断:断绝现在不需要的物品进入房间
* 舍:舍弃家中对己无用的物品‘
* 离:脱离对物品的执着,身处宽裕自在的空间。
二、物品应该被“断舍离”的三个依据:
①不需要
②不适合(自己)
③不舒服
三、挑选要买的物品的法则:”现在“+”自己“
即 自己现在真正所需要的物品。不要有什么“有备无患”的念头,这是自找麻烦。
四、“物品”与“自己”的关系:
*亲密好友=最喜欢的、珍视的物品
* 朋友 =自己正在使用的物品
*点头之交=就算没有也无所谓的物品
*陌生人=可以用、但是用不到的物品
五、四类多余的物品的产生来源。
①冲动性购物
②免费的东西先拿回家再说
③也许以后会派上用场
④难以割舍的纪念价值的物品或礼物
六、物品的三个处理办法:
①丢弃
②送给别人(出售、馈赠)
③回收、改造再利用
七、坚定保持“断绝不需要的物品”这一崇高的信念!
*不知不觉收下的免费样品不要再拿了。
*不要再大量购入超过所需范围的折扣商品。
*不要把饭店的擦手巾拿回家了。

八、所谓的“丢不掉的物品”是映照自卑的镜子。
在丢不掉的物品的背后,经常隐藏着我们自己的弱点或自卑。
*忍不住去买流行服饰的人,其实是希望有人称赞自己美丽:
*搜集厨房用品或是餐具的人,其实是担心没办法把饭菜做好,所以才依赖更好的工具;
*囤积了许多书的人,其实想掩饰自己在知识上的贫乏

九、物品总量限制的“七、五、一”法则:
*七成,即”看不见的收纳“,所用空间占七成,比如 衣橱、壁橱、抽屉、冰箱
*五成,即”看得见的收纳“,所用空间占五成,比如书架、客厅柜、餐具柜
*一成,即”要让人看见的收纳“,所用空间占一成,比如个人摆设嗜好物品所放的平台
这样可以整理出”除自己所喜爱的物品之外别无其他多余物品,只留下好东西“的舒适空间。
十、终极奥义:
将房间里的东西,就算多一件也无妨,都替换成“超喜欢的珍藏品”。通过这种方式,从日常生活中向自己宣告:“我适合使用这最好的物品。”
