1、“给我讲个故事呗”

很多人都喜欢听故事,尤其是孩子们。给孩子们讲故事,益处多多。不仅可以促进亲子关系,而且,有父母陪伴玩耍的时候,孩子们也更愿意离电子产品远一些。看电视只是被动地接受信息,但讲故事可以帮助孩子主动想象。讲故事还可以培养想象力和主动性,强化注意力,提高语言组织能力,甚至能让孩子今后在写作方面有较突出的表现。
在这些好处之外,故事还有一个作用:疗愈。孩子在生活中可能会出现一些不恰当的行为,例如生气、攻击性行为、不诚实、固执、胆怯等等。而所谓故事的疗愈作用,就是通过给孩子讲故事,帮助他从这些“失衡”的行为当中重新回复平衡。在孩子们学会抽象的推理思维之前,感受性的隐喻以及富于想像力的故事,对他们的行为往往更具影响力,也更容易让他们接受。这就是我们要给孩子讲治愈系故事的原因。

读书使人成长,并从中获得力量

最近读了一些日本作者写的有关整理术、笔记、阅读一类的图书,感觉这一类的畅销书有一个特点,愣是把一篇博客能够讲清楚的事情,哩哩啰啰写个八九万字。这样也好,坐地铁通勤,来回两趟就看完了。书中的金句都用黑体字醒目标出,妈妈再也不用担心我看了跟没看一样了。
这本书实在还另有两个优点。其一,封面设计很漂亮,比日文原版都漂亮。用硫磺纸做的护封,配上朦胧感的字体,确实有一种引人揭开的冲动。看得人心里直叫唤:得买一本,得买一本。
其二,书名取的好,或者说改得好。《深阅读》,以为是如何教大家如何精读图书的,可读完之后,只觉得书的内容本身都浅,怎么也不像“深阅读”。找到日文原书名,直译过来叫《读书的力量》。
