I've seen her live speech video on her book website. She couldn't deliver the ideas very concisely.
With that said, a few good takeways as highlight: how a perfect handshake should be like, first impression matters, and conversational skills.
This is not a book where you would enjoy to read from page to page, more like a coffee table read. You may refer to some part of it from time to time.
