However, I'm not so thrilled with the heroine, who, I think to some extent is selfish. And when the second conflict occurred between her and John, I just realized they were not that meant to be together and that she was somewhat changed, but that's the real her.
As for Tim, well, I like him for the first sight. He was aroung with tragies, unfortunately for him. As a matter of fact , he himself was a tragedy. Fingers crossed.
Two best men, one was dead, one was dying, which is ironic. Life makes you speechless or laugh or cry, which is nevern known. Actually, it's easy to guess the ending at the beginning. And, that's not a sad ending for me. I cried for the death of John's father, but I was so calm when I read the ending, like it was predetermined, and I was just waiting for the end to come.
Well, I've read several books of this author, which almost made a loyal reader. His books are really easy to read, that's certain.
