Also I think the quiet leadership style is similar to my national leader’s,
They do the right things thinking about the benefits for individuals and the country,.
For example, they made decisions to reform economics during 1980’s . Step by step, our country has gotten much big development that it could do well even during the global financial crisis.
And I like to be a quiet counselor to my clients and students,
Because I like to be more humble, and more patient to help them find their own potential.
