刚上课的时候，基础课的老头推荐了这本书，说什么非常好，我时刻带在身边。于是我就屁颠屁颠的去亚马逊买了。结果到手发现薄薄28页，14张纸，7刀多……有种又被骗了的感觉。学生果然是最好骗的。为了个extra point去看个没人看的破电影，或者把几个教室挤爆了的短片，买各种不知所云的教材。。。我有点理解20多年前的学生了...
吐槽完毕，放了两三个星期，花了几个小时终于看完了。确实还不错，但是还是觉得不值得花钱买纸质版……一下是我觉得比较有用也是全书要点的：
作者认为Ideas are new combinations of old elements.
引用了Pareto的一个观点：
There are two kinds of people in the world, one is speculator who constantly preoccupied with the possibilities of new combinations while another is rentier who is routine, steady-going and unimaginative, conserving people, whom the speculator manipulates.
认为要想出ideas的最重要的两点在于principles and methods.
There are 5 steps to come out an idea:
1. gathering raw material which contains specific and general material. 资料收集
Specific material要针对产品以及目标客户，general material就是一个大流。
2个Tips: card-index&scrapbooks
(我觉得有些过时，可以弄成电子版，但是弄好了又有几个人会去看呢...)
2. thinking your gathering material and writing down tentative or partial ideas 思考并写出不成熟的想法
3. putting problem out of your mind and turn to whatever stimulates your imagination and emotions 把未成熟的想法暂时放一边做些令人放松又有助于你想象力的事情
4. come out your idea 想法蹦出来了
5. shaping and developing it to practical usefulness 改到实用为止
读完以后发现确实我的很多自我感觉不错的idea都是这样蹦出来的。先大范围的收集各类资料，然后和要求对比、筛选把合适的复制粘贴到一个文档里，然后想可能的路，然后走到死胡同，放弃去睡觉或者别的Killing time things, 然后吧嗒出来了！！！ 然后就开始进入另一个漫长又痛苦的修改过程。我最讨厌的就是开头和结尾，尤其是开头，可能花了大量的时间却做了很多无用功。
