这本书最精彩的部分是第二章, <Meet the Dabbler, the Obsessive, and the Hacker>.
1. I'm a Dabbler.... 2. Goalless.
A few points:
> Devotion to the goalless journey.
> Ambition still was there, but it was tamed.
> "The master, is the one who stays on the mat five minutes longer every day than anybody else."
> Satisfaction lies in mindful repetition.
> Surrender. Willingness and freedom to be foolish.
> "Before enlightenment, chop wood and carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood and carry water."
> A willingness to take one step back for every two forward.
> Maintain physical fitness.
