ps: After quitting English for a whole year , I decided to picked it up and finish this book review in English . It's a little hard to describe my feelings just know . For a freshman majoring in Japanese , I didn't take this kind of book seriously . Just for maintaining skills or just don't let it flow away so fast , I chose this simple-structured , easy-reading book . And now I've collected three pages' lines and thoughts , just hard to believe . When I finished half of it , I spitted on the leading hero . He's afraid of everything,a coward . He almost destroyed three people's life-Ali , Hassan and his dad , perhaps himself. But later on ,as the drama goes , i happened to understand his minds , a teenager growing up within the ignorance of his dad . And over-shadowed because of Hassan's well performance . Perhaps Amir inherited the soft part of his dad-modesty , conservative less-agressiveness . Hassan- an extend from his father's strong part . It was the last paragraph that reminded me of a film-The Shawshank Redemption . The same feelings - a redemption from the bottom of my heart .The pureness of minds is beyond any description . For Hassan , he spent his entire life protecting , sacrificing for Amir- his half little brother . "And I dream that someday you will return to Kabul to revisit the land of our childhood . If you do , you will find an old faithful friend waiting for you , "as he wrote in the letter to Amir . I find a reply from Amir in later chapters: "Our old life is gone , Sohrab , and everyone in it is either dead or dying . It's just you and me now . Just you and me .""Perspective was a luxury when your head was constantly buzzing with a swarm of demons . " Amir's childhood is gone , forever , enable to make up . He'll never return to his birthplace and that place is never the same as that in his memory . It have been totally torn apart , neither his house and his whole Kabul . Amir's father , who find himself guilty , spent his life making up . He became the kind of people he most heated - a liar , when a man tells a lie , he steals others' right to know the truth . And he saw child Amir prejudicially . "A boy who won't stand up for himself becomes a man who can't stand up for anything . "He lost almost everything in Kabul-wealth , status , pride , his best friend and one of his son . In this condition , he moved to the U.S , and contributed to earn a better life , sacrificed for his son till death . The most moving lines : 'For you , a thousand times over ." The unavoidable hurt mentally and physically to Hassan is never going to be paid . But his blood extends , it is Amir's response to pay back to Sohrab . No matter what happens , life moves on .
